Impact Shift Series explores the journeys of people who chose to step beyond conventional career paths and build a future in sustainability. Through honest conversations, we uncover what inspired their shift, the challenges they faced, and the lessons they learned along the way.

Our first guest this season is Sneha Singhania, a climate innovator in her early 20s who is already redefining what an impactful career can look like. From studying science to pursuing design at NIFT, and now heading to Imperial College London for a Master’s in Clean Tech Innovation, Sneha’s journey is anything but conventional. Every step has been driven by curiosity, purpose, and a desire to create solutions that put people and the planet first.

In conversation with Avnee Kokatay, Founder of Green Pistachio, Sneha shared how growing up in Mumbai shaped her perspective on climate change and the meaning of sustainability, why solutions for the Global South must be rooted in local realities, and how young people can build meaningful careers by integrating climate action into any profession rather than treating it as a separate industry.
